Nashville.. the city that never sleeps! We went to Nashville to celebrate the bride to be, Chelseigh and had so much fun! We had two full days in the city and we made the most of them! Check out my guide below!
Nashville Travel Guide - Where to Stay
We stayed at Hotel Preston, which is about 5 miles from downtown Nashville. It’s a boutique hotel that is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 8 minutes to from downtown. Our room was spacious and over looked the pool! The one downfall was that we couldn’t walk to anything from here, but the price was perfect!
Nashville Travel Guide - What to Do
Visit Dry House Nashville. This was so much fun, we were able to get our hair done while enjoying drinks and laughs. Prices were comparable to Dry Bar, but Dry House is local to Nashville - which i love!
Visit the Gulch. This was about 15 minutes from our hotel and was filled with things to do. There were bars, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. The area is so nice and it has the #whatliftsyou wings!
Visit the Grand Ole Opry. This is something we went too but didn’t get a tour of due to time! The building itself is huge and the history was rich!
Visit Restoration Hardware. This is a furniture store that has rooms set up throughout all three stories. In the middle of the store there is a restaurant that looked and smelled so good! This is where we met Mallory Ervin.
Visit Blush Boutique. This is right off of broadway! They have the cutest clothes and all at such great prices! We were able to get items and then have them sent to our hotel next day - this was nice not to have to worry about carrying things around with us all day.
Visit Broadway. This is a must so i had to add it in! There are bars as far as you can see and they all have live music! It is so so much fun! Wanna Be’s and Ole Red were two of our favorites!
Visit Amelia’s Flower Truck. They move around and have numerous locations, but we visited the one in the Gulch.
Nashville Travel Guide - Where to Eat and Drink
Biscuit Love - this is a brunch place that is located in the Gulch. It makes fresh biscuits daily - they were so good! They also have drinks, which is nice after a long night out.
Ole Red - this is a bar on broadway but we also ate dinner there one night. It was so much fun and the food was great! We were sat right in front of the live band so it was such a cool experience.
Acme Feed and Seed - this is also on broadway, but they have a rooftop patio and it has such a cool view! The drinks were good and strong!
Till Five Pizza - this was a pizza place that was close to our hotel. We ordered it at 3 am on the last night. It was so good and a perfect way to end the night!
Soda Parlor - this was a dessert shop that was about 20 minutes from our hotel. It had big milkshakes and cookie waffles with ice creams! SO good! Highly recommend!
Nashville is such a fun city, before this i had never been! It is perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties or a long weekend. We had the best time and were able to see the best places in Nashville!
Yeehaw! Shelby Marie
Love this! I’m heading there in September for a bachelorette party and we will definitely have to try some of your suggestions! :)
